Antonius Core processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide this data to us yourself (for example, via the contact form or by email).

Below is an overview of the personal data we process:

• Company name and, if applicable, Chamber of Commerce (KvK) / VAT number

• Address details (billing and/or business address)

• Phone number

• Email address

• Financial details (such as bank account numbers for direct debits or payments for subscriptions/one-off services)

• IP address and data about your activities on our website

2. Purpose and Basis for Processing Personal Data

Antonius Core processes your personal data for the following purposes:

• Execution of the agreement: To contact you, deliver the requested IT consultancy and services, set up and manage Google Workspace licenses for you, and build websites or execute other one-off projects.

• Financial handling: Processing one-time payments and periodically invoicing or collecting monthly subscription fees.

• Legal obligation: Antonius Core also processes personal data if we are legally obliged to do so, such as data required for our financial administration and tax returns (fiduciary retention obligation).

3. How Long We Retain Personal Data

Antonius Core does not store your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the goals for which your data is collected. We apply the following retention periods:

• Customer and invoicing data: We retain this data for the duration of our collaboration and for 7 years thereafter to comply with the statutory administrative obligations of the Dutch Tax Authorities (Belastingdienst).

• Contact inquiries: If you contact us but no agreement is reached, we will delete your data no later than 6 months after the last contact.

4. Sharing Personal Data with Third Parties

Antonius Core does not sell your data to third parties and will only provide it if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.

This includes sharing data with:

• Google (Workspace): To request and link licenses to your business.

• Processors: Parties such as our website hosting provider, accounting software, or the bank/payment service provider used to handle (monthly) payments. We enter into a data processing agreement with these parties (where required) to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality for your data.

5. Cookies, or Similar Techniques, We Use

Our website uses functional and analytical cookies.

• Functional cookies are necessary for the technical functioning of the website.

• Analytical cookies (such as Google Analytics, if set up according to privacy guidelines) are used to analyze website visits anonymously so we can improve the user experience. These cookies do not infringe on your privacy.

6. Accessing, Adjusting, or Deleting Data

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Additionally, you have the right to withdraw any consent for data processing or object to the processing of your personal data by Antonius Core. You also have the right to data portability.

You also have the possibility to lodge a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Antonius Core takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorized modification. 8. Google Analytics
